Personal dataprotection

Data controller

Yıldız İnşaat Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“the Company”) is the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). The Company operates at Satılmışoğlu Mah. 1117. Sok. No: 210 (Branch), Tepebaşı / Eskişehir, Türkiye.

Purpose and scope

Our main aim in the policy we have prepared for processing and protecting the personal data collected in the course of our activities is to process and keep personal data with respect for people’s private lives. The policy sets out the principles the Company adopts and applies in practice.

Data processed on this website

The name, company, email, phone number and message you send through the contact form are processed only to answer your request and contact you, on the legal basis of the Company’s legitimate interests under Article 5 of the KVKK, and are not shared with third parties.

This website sets no cookies of its own. The map on the contact page is served by Google Maps, whose cookies are governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the Company to:

• find out whether your personal data is processed;
• request information if it has been processed;
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose;
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred;
• ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, and for the correction to be notified to recipients;
• ask for the data to be erased or destroyed once the reasons for processing no longer apply, and for this to be notified to recipients;
• object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis;
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can send requests about your rights to the Company free of charge, with information and documents that identify you, by the following means:

• a signed written application delivered by hand or by post to Akarbaşı Mah. Atatürk Bulvarı Çetin Apt. No: 65/2, Odunpazarı / Eskişehir;
• an application signed with a secure electronic signature, sent to the registered email (KEP) address yildizinsaat@hs05.kep.tr;
• applying in person with proof of identity.

Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. Third parties applying on behalf of a data subject need a notarised special power of attorney.
